Monster Pit Kennel guarantees pup to be current on vaccinations and free from the following at transfer;

*  DISTEMPER

*  ADENOVIRUS

*  PARAINFLUENZA

*  PARVOVIRUS

*  LEPTOSPIRA

*  CORONAVIRUS

*  AS WELL AS ANY LIFE THREATENING GENETIC DEFECTS.

Puppies will have current Veterinary Health Certificate.
Puppies will have received first vaccinations & de-worming treatment at time of shipping.
A normal de-worming and vaccination schedule should be followed as recommended by your veterinarian.
 

IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT AGREEMENT THE FOLLOWING APPLY

 • Puppies are required to be paid for in full by 4th week of age, otherwise purchaser forfeits deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS
 • All shipping and crate cost are the responsibility of the buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS
 • If for any reason purchaser decides he or she no longer wants the puppy, the purchaser understands they forfeit their deposit. In the event the dam does not produce a litter, seller agrees to allow purchaser to apply deposit towards next or similar breeding. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to upcoming litter NO EXCEPTIONS.
 • The purchaser agrees to choose his or her puppy by the time he or she is 5 weeks old if purchaser does not they forfeit their choice to the following purchaser. NO EXCEPTIONS
 • Both parties agree that no dogs or puppies, nor Sire or Dam of such have been bred or sold for fighting or any illegal purpose.
 • Buyer agrees to have pup examined by licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of transfer at purchaser’s expense. If at this time pup is found to have any of the above mentioned illnesses Monster Pit Kennel will replace the pup provided the condition is sufficiently serious in the opinion of two qualified veterinarians & at least one of  Monster Pit Kennel agrees on, otherwise replacement policy is void NO EXCEPTIONS.
